Our Story
Like many of you, we developed a keen interest in using ChatGPT and other generative AI (GenAI) tools over the last year, however, during that time, it has become increasingly clear that there are numerous risks small businesses are exposed to while using these tools. This realization made us more cautious, in some cases deterring us from using it. But as business owners, we also grappled with concerns about the possibility of falling behind by failing to use GenAI. This led us to put together a clear, actionable, and easy-to-follow framework, to help us feel safe and confident that we’re protecting ourselves, our businesses, customers, partners, and loved ones while we’re using GenAI in our businesses.

Course Facilitator
Gary Isse is a trainer, writer, marketer, and web developer that began his career producing videos and building websites, interactive CD-ROMs, and CRM systems in the late 90s. He went on to work at Warner Bros. Technical Operations, then spent close to a decade working as a corporate trainer and consultant where he met Jeff Lunz, his co-facilitator in the Small Business GenAI Risk Mitigation Course. He later returned to marketing where he built and managed a media platform and an online food delivery app that helped raise money for charities during COVID. This last summer, Gary recently began working on achieving his lifelong dream of writing his first screenplay.

Jeff Lunz boasts an illustrious career spanning two decades within the realm of international management. His professional journey encompasses diverse sectors, including hospitality, consulting, energy, and services with clients like Disney, Microsoft, The Ritz-Carlton, BP, and Dupont. Presently, Mr. Lunz holds the position of Principal at Encade Group, a consultancy focused on partnering with companies on their strategic and leadership development. He enjoys working with leaders of multinational enterprises to harness the full potential of their human capital.
